Eric Harr
Stand
CEO
Eric Harr is the CEO of Stand, reporting to a 10-year-old boss.
Stand was inspired by his then 8-year-old daughter Vivienne, who “made a stand” against child slavery for 365 days in a row at her lemonade stand. The moment became a moment, featured on CBS News, ABC News, NBC News, BBC World News,The Huffington Post, and other media.
Earlier this fall, Stand proudly unveiled the very first “stand” on their new mobile-first crowdfunding app, created with the help of an amazing team of investors, including Twitter cofounders Biz Stone and Jack Dorsey.
Harr is a former CBS News correspondent, writer for Shape magazine, and syndicated columnist with the Los Angeles Times. He is the founding editorial director of VIV magazine, the first women’s mass-market digital magazine. Harr was also a professional triathlete—ranked sixth in the world in his first year—raising money for humanitarian causes.
